VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL – June 24-28 – Morning and Evening Session are available (Morning 8:30-11:30 am; Evening 5:30-8:30 pm). Rising Kindergarten through 5th grade register now! Registration forms are available HERE or available (and to be returned to) the bulletin board across from the office in the Education Bldg. The theme: Athens: Paul’s Dangerous Journey to Share the Truth. We will have crafts, music, and fun!

Volunteer for summer programs! Stop in the Fellowship Hall and get information and sign up to volunteer for programs happening this summer, including the Summer Literacy Program, an Initiative of the Duke Endowment, and Vacation Bible School.

Crucial Text and Conversations Study—A study looking at scripture and the recent UMC’s General Conference decision regarding the Church’s official stand with LGBTQI persons. Sign up with Pastor Jenny. For those who did not attend the first class and do plan to attend the next class (which will be held on Sunday, June 23rd) see Pastor Jenny.

Will’s Way ProjectPancakes With Pops on June 15th from 8:00 am-10:30 am in the Fellowship Hall. All proceeds will go towards the Will’s Way Project. Min. donation of $5.00 per person. Visit the Will’s Way Project on Facebook for more information.

 THE PENN AVE. FOOD MINISTRY – Volunteers are needed for our Food Mission once a month. If you can spare 2 hours to assist packing meals on one or both days (Thurs. and/or Friday), please contact Phil and LaVerne Pope at (Phil)  & (Laverne) or see the sign up booklet located in the Missions Center. All of the work will be performed in our kitchen area. Join us for some great fellowship and fun.
